By participating in an online or in person program offered by Natalie Howard and/or The Realign Ranch (the “Program”), I hereby agree to the following:

1) I understand that the Program may involve a change in my diet or habits in which there are inherent risks involved. Risks may include, but are not limited to, allergic reactions, rapid changes in weight, blood pressure or blood glucose levels, dizziness, and unexpected interactions with existing diet or medication. I acknowledge that Natalie Howard is not a physician, and agree to consult with my personal physician or other health professional if I have any concerns about the Program or the risks involved.

2) I agree that I will not hold Natalie Howard or any instructors, employees or members of natyhoward.com and/or The Realign Ranch accountable for any issues that may result from consuming a food or product suggested or recommended by the Program. I acknowledge that I am responsible for understanding my own health, and the health risks involved in consuming any food or other products.

3) I also understand that portions of the Program may be physically strenuous, and I agree to stop immediately if I feel any dizziness, nausea or any other noticeable discomfort. I voluntarily participate with full knowledge that there may be risk of personal injury, property loss or death associated with physical activities. 

4) I agree to observe and obey all rules and warnings provided in the Program, and to follow any other instructions or directions given by my physician with respect to my personal health circumstances.

5) I agree that I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will not commence legal action or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Natalie Howard or any instructors, employees or members of natyhoward.com and/or The Realign Ranch for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6) I hereby voluntarily release, forever discharge, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natalie Howard and all instructors, employees and members of natyhoward.com and/or The Realign Ranch of all liability regarding 1) any injury to myself or others and 2) any loss or damage to personal property.

7) I further acknowledge that Natalie Howard and all instructors, employees and members of natyhoward.com and/or The Realign Ranch can rely on this Release of Liability as a complete defence to any and all claims, damages, causes of action, or recourse or liability that may arise at any time.

8) I understand, acknowledge and agree that the laws of the Province of Ontario will apply to all matters relating to the Program and this Release of Liability, and that the exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute resides in the provincial or federal Courts of Ontario. I expressly consent to the exercise of personal jurisdiction in the Province of Ontario in connection with any dispute relating to the Program or this Release of Liability. 

9) I understand and agree that if any portion of this Release of Liability is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

10) I have carefully reviewed this Release of Liability and acknowledge that I fully understand the terms as set out above. I acknowledge that I am signing this Release of Liability voluntarily.
