When Does This Program Start?

If I'm Out of Shape, Can I Still This Program?
Absolutely! Mose women come to Her Fitness and haven't worked out in years or EVER!
What If I Have An Old Injury?
Most likely, that won't hold you back. To be sure, we screen every single client using the proven, reliable Functional Movement Screen. We will modify, adjust or change exercises so that you get what YOU need. We can customize your program!
I'm embarrassed because I don't know what I'm doing. What about me?
It's okay! We understand. Everybody had their first day once upon a time, too! Plus, that is what we are here for...to help you, teach you, coach you, guide you, motivate you...show you the ropes. You will be okay..we promise!
Do I Have To Take Any Supplements?
No! You don't have to take supplements. I use supplements and think my clients can get better results when certain ones are used, but it is NOT required. You will get amazing results by eating whole foods and doing the proper exercises at Her Fitness!
How Many Times Do I Have To Workout Each Week?
3-5 times per week. If you can only attend evening sessions, you'll have to do at least 1more on your own (we will provide this workout for you.)
