January 1 through January 15th: 2018 Transformation Challenge is starting and you can sign up between now and 15th.
January 9th: 365 Days of Success Workshop - How to make the most out of your next 12 weeks. 28in28 Basics (or refresher) and details on what to expect this year at TrYumph Functional Fitness.
January 18th: "Turn Off Your Internal Fat Trappers" Workshop with Matt O'Brien
January 20th: 4-8pm TrYumph Party (Family Friendly) Matt O'Brien opens up his home to his TrYumph family. All members invited to come enjoy some quality time together at Casa OBrien
January 27th: "Success, Happiness, and Six Packs" Workshop with Steven Streetman
January 31st: Core Galore Class with Breisja Anne Gallo and Steven Streetman. Functional core exercises and Pilate/Yoga combo.
February 3rd: OPEN HOUSE Friends exercise for FREE
February 10th: "Why Do We Foam Roll" Workshop with Adam Davis. Learn about fascia, stretching and more.
February 13th: Mardi Gras Party Beads, Beer, and Cajun food (that includes King Cake.)
February 14th: TrYFiT Special Class (45 Days into the new year) with Steven Streetman
February 19th: Bun-N-Guns is BACK! Special Class with Matt O'Brien
February 28th: "SUPERFOODS" Workshop with Matt O'Brien (Super Smoothie Samples)
March 9th: Charity Workout - Watch us live of Facebook for our annual "Rep-O-Thon" (Last year our 10 minutes competition raised over $2200 for the Build-A-Bed foundation helping children in need in Pinellas County)
March 13th: "Reframe Your Game" Workshop
April 6th-7th: Weigh-Out Weekend for the 12 week Challenge "Where To Go After Your Challenge Is Over" Workshop Friday Night with Matt O'Brien, Laura Juntunen and Steven Streetman. After the challenge is typically when the challenge begins. How to get results and not lose what you've
