 What are your session times? 
We currently offer 73 sessions a week starting at 5:30am, and ending at 8:00pm most days of the week.

MON - 5:30am, 6:10am, 6:50am, 7:30am, 8:20am, 11:30am, 12:15pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm, 6:30pm, and 7:10pm

TUE - 5:30am, 6:10am, 6:50am, 7:30am, 8:20am, 11:30am, 12:10pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm, 6:30pm, and 7:10pm

Do you have parking?
YES WE DO!! We have reserved spots in a the parkin lot accross the street! 
We have 6 reserved spots at the Patriot Parking lot, just across the MBTA 
T Sullivan Station (Orange Line). When you get there let them know you are coming to FBBC . Parking is only allowed for 1 hour . Here is the address to that parking lot: 5 Maffa Way, Charleston MA 02129
There is more FREE parking on D Street, 2 Hour parking in Spice Street, and 2 Hour Parking at Rutherford Avenue (opposite direction). Also you can park at the Hood (Indigo) parking lot if you come really early before 7 am and then after 5 pm when they stop patrolling (they never towe cars).

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs.

Yes, you certainly can. As a matter of fact... YOU REALLY SHOULD!
