The Activities
After being in Peru for over 4 weeks, and seeing what everyone loved from our last retreat in Costa Rica, I've compiled the BEST activities to make your experience absolutely amazing!

Each day we will have at least one group activity that will be ACTIVE! After all, this is a fitness retreat. However this isn't the kind of retreat where you'll be working out in a boring gym. 

Our goal is for you to be in outside in nature fully experiencing everything Peru has to offer. So our activities are designed to do just that!

From learning how to surf with former U.S. pro-surfer Julia Christian, to swimming with giant sea turtles in the beautiful pacific ocean, you are guaranteed to have a one-of-a-kind experience at this retreat! 

Some of our other group activities include morning yoga sessions in our brand new studio overlooking the ocean, fun bootcamp workouts on the beach, a special 2 hour acro-yoga (partner yoga) workshop with special guest Anthony Alcalade from Acro Yoga International, and multiple cooking classes featuring local Peruvian cuisine. 

 In your free time book a massage on our amazing massage deck for only $30, schedule a kite surfing lesson with Wild Kite Peru, play a game of golf on the beach, or grab a cocktail and relax by the pool. This retreat includes alcohol*, so if want to enjoy a cold beer while relaxing at the beach, you can do that too!

And if you want to get creative, head over to our beautiful ocean-front art studio and create your own piece of art to remember this amazing experience!

Let's be real, it's all about the FOOD and the BOOZE!*
At this retreat you can expect amazing, fresh, healthy, and detoxifying meals that will leave you feeling energized and refreshed! All meals are gluten-free and include dairy-free and meat-free (vegetarian and pescatarian friendly) options similar to my #1 best-sellng cookbook, Eat to Thrive: The Anti-Diet Cookbook in addition to local Peruvian delicacies.

Our daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner (yes all 3 meals are included!) will be crafted by our in-house chef who specializes in healthy Peruvian food. You can expect to eat like a QUEEN or KING by enjoying dishes such as granola bowls and smoothies made from fresh local fruits, grilled fresh caught fish, black bean and chickpea burgers with sauteed veggies, quinoa salads, and my famous chickpea blondies for dessert. All meals will be served family-style so you can eat as little, or as much, as your heart desires. Plus if you like to have a glass of wine or a cold beer with your meal, that's included in your experience as well. After all, it's your vacation!

The Luxury 5-Star Accommodations
At El Navegante!
El Navegante is a one-of-a-kind property nestled next to a jaw-dropping cliff right in front of the pacific ocean. It's far enough away from the hustle-and-bustle of the city so you can truly relax and unwind.
