Joy has worked in the wellness field for the last 16 years. She is a board certified health coach, RYT-200 yoga teacher, and mindfulness teacher. Her educational background includes training as a clinical and school psychologist as well as health coaching training from Institute for Integrative Nutrition and the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She has combined her academic, health coaching, yoga and mindfulness training to create a holistic and integrative approach to physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. She is passionate about helping others develop an individualized comprehensive wellness regime to decrease stress, live life mindfully with intention, authenticity, and improve their overall wellness.
Joy loves working with clients that are proactive with their wellness and want to take preventative steps to improve future health outcomes. Her specialty is working with busy professionals and parents that are over stressed or burned out. She loves teaching others how to use mindfulness to regulate their emotions and be more productive in their lives as well as enhance relationships with loved ones.
