Large Group Personal Training
Monday - Friday: 5:30am, 9am, 4:20pm, 5:30pm 6:40pm
Tuesday & Thursday - Friday: 5:30am, 4:20pm, 5:30pm 6:40pm
IN ADDITION TO CLASSES, You'll also recieve up to TWO, semi-private personal training sessions each week.
**Beginner's On-Ramp classes on Monday and Thursday at 6:40PM and Saturday at 9:30AM.
