Nutrition Program
We will sit down with you and lay out your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body type and your goals, so it is not only doable, but enjoyable. We make necessary adjustments as needed to ensure you see results through out the 42 days!

I'm Excited! How does all of this work?
The commitment is to train with us a minimum of 3 times per week, and you'll meet with our coaches who will help guide you through our nutritional program too.  You'll check-in with us at least once per week (separate from classes) so we can help keep you on track and accountable. 
What is the program cost?
We do ask for a fully refundable deposit to hold you accountable to your goals of $497. This averages to only $21 for each personal training session (a savings of over $50 off from 1-on-1 personal training). This IS a 100%, MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE.. If you follow our program detils and are not totally satisfied, we'll give you your money back! 
Can I do this with a friend or spouse?
Absolutely! In fact we encourage it. We encourage it so much, that we are offering a BUY-ONE-GET-ONE-50%-OFF, for couples/friends that sign up together (MUST sign up at the same time). Our experts can give you the details on this when you register!
What's Included?
The 42-Day Transformation Challenge includes a Custom Nutrition Program, up to 5 Fat Burning (Metabolic) Workouts each week with our Personal Training Team, and a dedicated accountability coach to keep you focused and on track! Tuesday & Thursday - Friday: 5:30am, 4:20pm, 5:30pm 6:40pm

IN ADDITION TO CLASSES, You'll also recieve up to TWO, semi-private personal training sessions each week.  

Saturday: 8:00AM

**Beginner's On-Ramp classes on Monday and Thursday at 6:40PM and Saturday at 9:30AM. 

Sunday: Closed
