She gets $10 per meal.
And the meal consists of one specialty hot dog
- and a bag of gourmet chips. (no drink)
And now - she went up $2 a meal.
And nothing changed.
She says she usually sells out in 25 to 30 minutes.
And she packs up - and goes home.
Why Not Sell More?
I've told you the "where" - but why isn't she taking more
and making more?
Her words:
"Ben - I love this business because it's easy and I
make enough money to supplement my social security.
Sure - I could sell more - but these means more work
and more stress for me. I don't see it as a job. It's fun.
I don't want to change that."
Her customers love her and she can always
count on a selling out quick.
Every now and then someone from another
office or business sees her and eats too -
- but she simply doesn't want to expand at all.
"I did just agree to do a private catering for them
and I went high like Jason says to do. They agreed
to $1500 for 100 people but say that not all 100 will
come."
Now you know...
- the how
- the where
- and the why
And there is NO reason - YOU can't do the same.
I see vendors quit after trying a couple spots.
Could she stay an hour longer and sell more?
Yes!
Could she move her cart to where the entire
business park can see her?
Yes!
But she doesn't want to.
She's happy!
AND THAT IS 100% FREEDOM!
Last year she says she did just
over $31,000.00
And she's 100% happy with that.
"...my life is easy. My customers are happy.
and I'm making a fantastic living."
She doesn't worry about Facebook or Twitter
or signage or anything but giving 25 customers
the best hot dog meal in the world.

Last night in our private member's only meeting with
Vendors United's Street Food Pro Team... we
discussed this and more.
Hope you didn't miss it.
